At the occasion of the RACIOENERGIA Fair (18th anniversary of a fair focused on the energy utilization and taking place in Bratislava, Slovak Republic) the company TENERGO Brno, a.s. was awarded the prestigious first price for the best energy project in 2008.

TENERGO Brno, a.s., a joint-stock company, was founded in 2000, based on a decision by its stockholders. The primary and strategic goal of such a decision was the application of a project-bound financing of power energy projects at the municipal level. The original goal continues also until present days as one of the company priorities. However, following the stabilization of the situation in this technical field the stockholders have taken the decision to become involved also in other business areas, with the target to provide for a comprehensive economical stabilization of TENERGO Brno, a.s., and to ensure the best and long-term profit of the company.
The company management staff consists of specialists who dispose of long-run experience in the business area mentioned and who have held similar positions in other company structures (TEDOM, EKOL) in the past. Company legal form: joint-stock company

Regarding the company own organizational unit in the Slovak Republic: pursuant to the decision of the shareholder´s general meeting of TENERGO Brno, a.s., and in correspondence with legal agreements between the Czech and Slovak governments, a permanent place of business was established in the Slovak Republic as a fiscally self-contained legal subject, under the name TENERGO Brno, a.s., organizační složka zahraniční osoby se sídlem v Martine (Organisation Unit of a Foreign Legal Person, with the Headquarters in Martin)
The art of representation (procuration) on behalf of the company: every member of the Board of Directors takes actions in his/her own name, in an independent and discrete manner, on behalf of the company. Signatures are issued in the following manner: the respective member of the Board of Directors appends the name of the company to his/her name. The company name can be given in form of a rubberstamp or in any other way as preferred.
