 COMPREHENSIVE POWER ENERGY SERVICE

We provide and ensure the entrepreneurial activities of financial, organizational and economic advisors.

The term of „comprehensive power energy service“ means that each of the advisors should be able to offer its partner, the client, an extensive and comprehensive orientation in the problem to be solved, i.e. to have the capacity to assess and perceive all the effects and feedbacks acting on the problem in question, with all the mutual interrelations. We are able to give the client basic data and orientation in all the information the client obtains in whatsoever form (leaflets, meetings, workshops, discussion fora, fairs, congresses etc.), by providing him with efficient help in the orientation and giving him a tool for decision taking at the area concerned with power generation, economy, organization and funding.

 DESIGN DOCUMENTS

We are prepared to draw up all the necessary design documents required for the corresponding decision-taking level:

• studies, engineering proposals, expert opinions, partial solutions for the preparatory stage of the works.
• elaboration of design documents for ALL STAGES of the decision taking level, i.e. the area management, detailed design schemes for the purpose of issue of a building permit, documents necessary for the implementation stage of the scheme and „as-is“ project documents following the implementation works.

Projects offered and implemented by us refer to the area of power engineering and civil engineering, 
in particular:

• Heating systems, water supply systems, sanitary technology – all these in conventional arrangement.
• Combined heat and power generation systems, tri-generation systems (combined generation of heat, electric power and cold)
• Air-conditioning and cooling equipment, ventilation equipment, i.e. the AIR CONDITIONING in general
• Measurement and regulation
• Communication installations and heavy current installations
• Civil engineering schemes (steel constructions, halls, buildings, roads)

In particular, our design activities are focused on the following areas: power supply to the communities, heat management in department stores, schools, hospitals, administration centres, plants for machinery constructions, metallurgical plants etc.

  ENGINEERING ACTIVITIES

We ensure engineering activities in capital construction projects.

As a part of actions required to be performed by the building owner we provide comprehensive engineering, which is aimed at the following tasks and undertakings:

• adherence to all the engineering parameters required by the project
• adherence to the required deadlines for the fulfilment of the works
• adherence with ordinary acceptance procedures and organization of the same, most often by trial run which extends over 72 hours, in the course of which all the parameters of the works are verified and checked
• keeping to all the economical/financial parameters, in particular the total price for the works
• comprehensive training of the operation staff and its regular testing

We provide services referred to power engineering, civil engineering, machinery engineering, agriculture and silviculture, by the elaboration of studies, analyses, designs, provision of deliveries, repairs, refurbishing works and services.

 TURN-KEY IMPLEMENTATIONS

TENERGO Brno, a.s. – is the provider of both full-scope and turn-key projects, and subdeliveries for such projects.

• acceptance of the designs (in case we are not the draftsmen of these)
• takeover of the building site
• implementation of the scheme
• carrying out of all the corresponding tests, evidenced by certificates
• trial run – comprehensive testing and revision works
• provision of training to the operating personnel
• provision of warranty and after the warranty services

 OPERATION OF POWER ENERGY SYSTEMS

We serve as a provider of comprehensive or partial services aimed at the operation of power generation systems.

The systems are operated either by our own staff or in co-operation with the personnel of the building owner. In case of need we are ready to ensure comprehensive funding of the scheme, based on long-term contracts. We give a long-term guarantee for studies of energy price developments.

 SERVICE DURING AND AFTER THE WARRANTY PERIOD

We are the supplier of comprehensive services rendered during and after the warranty period.

The services are offered and rendered individually in accordance with the type of equipment to be serviced. Usually we make a bid to the client for establishing connections of its engineering equipment to the central control room where the equipment operation is subject to continuous monitoring. As regards the TEDOM CHP plants we also offer the client the installation of remote connections to the central control room, along with the possibilities of remote monitoring of operation states, remote interventions and setup of basic parameters. Part of the servicing works is also the draft of a plan of revisions, inspections and tests in a way for the equipment to be serviced to operate at most optimum parameters in terms of engineering performance and economy.

 SERVICES RENDERED DURING THE OPERATION OF  BUILDINGS/PLANTS

We provide services having a bearing on the operation of buildings, premises and equipment.

The above refers to the performance of housing management where we render all services necessary, including consultancy for the objects managed.

 PROJECT FUNDING

We provide project funding.

Project funding is applied in particular at the areas of municipal power engineering, more accurately for the operation of heat management of towns, town districts and communities.
 
The project funding is focused on the following areas:

• Saving of expenses on energy (optimization of purchasing conditions for energy, minimization of wages and overhead costs, followed by refurbishing of heating stations).
• Safeguarding the power supply by one single partner (TENERGO Brno, a.s.)
• Installation of new power energy sources and systems (feasibility study, draw up of all stages of design documents, comprehensive delivery of the work, funding, operation and service).
