TENERGO Brno, a.s., is making efforts to develop business at the area of project funding, in particular, with the aim to provide its customers with deliveries and services, and to ensure a sound and efficient development of technologies. Together with the financial effects for the company we are keen to achieve the following two goals

TYPE OF WORK

Our business relationship consists principally in systematic teamwork on the basis of conceptual models, focused on long-term and high quality care of relations with the customer, starting from analyses, proposals and calculations, through the implementation stage until the operation and maintenance of systems during and after the expiry of warranty period.

THIS RELATIONSHIP SURVIVES THE SPECIFIC BUSINESS CASE AND COMES NEVER TO AN END!“.

We make efforts to help the client in the resolution of his/hers problems during the whole service life of the system delivered by us and to provide him with solutions to issues linked with equipments delivered by other parties and not having a straight relation to our deliveries.

 


IMPLEMENTATION STEPS

To resolve specific issues of the customer in a most optimum way and manner:

When providing solution to the single-handed but also highly complex tasks it is our tenet to offer the client the present-day technology and services, while observing and taking the output parameters of the device into account. Also, when looking for the price for the performance/work offered a balance between the former and the engineering specification (parameters) is always sought for in order to achieve economic equilibrum between the investment costs and the output (i.e. the price for the delivered heat, prices for electrical current etc.).

OUR ENDEAVOUR IS ALWAYS TO IMPLEMENT ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS IN WHICH THE TECHNICAL PART IS WELL BALANCED AND NOT SUBJECT SOLELY TO FINANCIAL CONSIDERATIONS !

Implementation of the deliveries devices at the highest possible quality level:

In the course of the implementation of the deliveries and technologies we keep to all the legal standards and regulations, and try to put across also timeless and long-term solutions that include also standards the effect of which will come across only in the future (emissions, noise level etc.).

Keeping to the specified commissioning deadlines:

An important factor in the fulfilment of contractual obligations is the adherence to the deadlines and time schedules. A still higher priority is given to the remedy of defects, failures and emergencies. We are trying to satisfy the needs of our customer within shortest possible period, so that the technological equipment, the delivered goods or the services provided can resume its operation within shortest possible time.

Provision of deliveries for a corresponding price:

By applying diversification to our activities we primarily focus the stabilization of the market position of our company. Instrumental for this is one of the basic output elements of every contractual obligation which is the price for the fulfilment of the subject of contract. The price, which is the essential feature of such a contract, has to be acceptable for the client, be competitive and adequate to the quality offered and to the scope of works performed.
